★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had many parcels misplaced. Luckily a friend of mine found one of my parcels in the snow in a neighboorhood far from mine. It was damaged. Just this past week a woman found two of my parcels on top of the community mailboxes(Again NOT in my area). Bless her heart for taking it upon herself to deliver my items to me. I am not impressed with the service. You guys can do better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not trust Purolator's next day document delivery from Calgary to Edmonton. They messed up a critical delivery when they were made aware of the contents and assured us the documents would arrive next day. Use a competitor instead. Customer service is useless.
