★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I requested a sticker for "no signature required" and since then, the delivery guy has been avoiding me entirely... started leaving my packages further from my door so I wouldn't see him. New guy determined address didnt exist (in his defense, the address is pretty small...) but phone support and personelle from local office who called to clarify were polite and seemed competent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Customer service unresponsive after a driver decided to slap a delivery notice on my door without even ringing the doorbell or even getting my package out of the truck. Notice said pick up location was near me to only get there and be told it was actually dropped off across town at another location (40mins from me). Waste of time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The driver didn't even ring or knock at my door when me and my whole family were there! Just slapped a piece of paper for "missing us"! And it's not the first time, this happens regularly! Sick and tired of having to wait the next day and go pick it up! Whats even the point of being a delivery company if WE have to go and pick it up! 1 star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems like even after 8 month the issue of leaving without knocking or trying to reach the costumer even if he'd home still hasn't been solved ! It just happened to me, I'm home waiting for the package to arrive, see the guy pull Up to my place and just leave without ever coming to my door and ring. I mean come on !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inevitably, thanks to Marjolaine, customer service agent in sherbrooke, the issue regarding my package has been resolved. Her professionalism saved the day and for that reason I have given this particular location 5 stars! Purolator, give the woman a raise!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly dissatisfied with the service. The driver didn't even ring or knock at my door when me was just there! Just slapped a piece of paper for "missing us"! And it's not the first time. And the pickup address is given is 8 km from my house. And 40 mins to reach there. Waste of time, money and everything. When I went there spending $40, package was not there. When I inquired about that via customer chat, I came to know that it's still with driver and he has not company phone. ( I guess Canada calling is free with all basic package). And at the same time, I checked online tracking, it again updated as receiver was unavailable to get the package. What's the point to choose you guys when we have to travel to get this courier. If there is a negative star I can give .. I will give -5 stars or even more

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first day, my package was out for delivery, only to get a message at the last minute saying "address not found". All the info was correct, and my house is easy to find.
Spent the second day waiting, only to get a message at end of day that the delivery would be delayed til tomorrow. When i called, i was told they "ran out of time".
This is poor service - if a package is unable to be delivered, one would think steps would be taken the next day to at least attempt to provide the service which had been paid for.
I will be back to complete this review when i pick up the item tomorrow.
