★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With amazon moving their returns service to Purolator, I am forced to use this company to return products to them. Amazon has now started something called package free returns with no requirement of a package or label... with this info in hand I had to drive from Milton to Meadowvale to return a package, on March 28 between 17:00 and 18:30.
The lady behind the counter was extremely rude and unhelpful. She blatantly told me they do not accept packages without a label, even though the Purolator website clearly says this is a package free returns location.
I went back to my car and for some reason I decided to go back in and show her the email from amazon which had a QR code, at which point I saw a machine with a scanner...I tried using it and I placed the package on the scale and she yelled at me!!! she asked me rudely to remove the package from the scale and put it on her desk and then go back and scan... So in reality, she knew all along what the process was and didn't even want to advise me on how this package free returns works.
I was able to print a label from that machine and give the package to her.
She was rude to other customers as well...
People that think they are doing their customers a favour by manning a desk should NEVER be allowed to deal with customers. At no point was I aggressive or rude to her so that kind of behavior was uncalled for. In hindsight I should have gotten her name and done a formal complaint.
Purolator loses their reputation with such employees. Shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Driver never even knocked on the door. I heard a tap on the door and went to look and I see a slip on the door and the driver running back to the truck and speeding off. This has happened a total of three times now where the delivery person did not knock. All three times I was 6 feet away from my front door and no I dont have hearing problems which is what customer service has said to me before. Just awful service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service at this location. I walked in to drop off a package and the lady behind the counter started raising her voice telling me I needed a mask that Purolator had decided to continue requiring masks & for me to leave the package on the table and leave. I said no problem I have a mask in my pocket and put it on. I respect peoples comfort levels and don’t have a problem putting a mask on but her rudeness and raising her voice at me was unwarranted & extremely unprofessional. The store was not busy, there was one other person in there. This was not the first time I’ve been at this location & witnessed her attitude towards customers. She needs retraining or she should not be at the front dealing with customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to drop your package either outside or in the office. I recommend to drop at the front desk and advise representative to scan so it is register in the system. Parking is always full around the office. Tight parking spaces and limited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is their own ship center which also accepts Amazon returns. QR code based shipping is also available for shipping and is quite easy to drop off. They are opening hours are good and work on weekend also. They also have a dropbox outside
