★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dealt with the owner of this place over a purchase transaction. I was not satisfied so I cancelled the purchase and he took my deposit (which he stated would be refundable), with no reply.. I am shocked someone who teaches youngsters discipline and integrity to be like that. Customer beware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live and train bjj in Victoria but have been up in Campbell River a bunch for work this year. I can't say enough good things about this gym. Campbell River is really lucky to have such high caliber instruction at such a great gym.
