She starts each session with a quick assessment, hands on work, she shows you stretches and walks you through them in the gym and pushes me just enough to see improvement every week without feeling like it's too much. I love the follow up emails with the walk through if the exercises!! And she has great energy and seems to know her stuff

I went in completely unable to move my hand and within a couple of months I can actually use it again. She is really great at explaining exercises and uses every treatment she has to get results. She's definitely NOT one of those who gives you a photocopy of people doing exercises and says here do these and rushes you out the door. She makes sure she understands your specific injury and uses exercise, massage, electric therapy and/or whatever YOU need. She is the kindest person and will always make you comfortable and keep you motivated. She never made me feel like she didn't know what to do with me even though my injury isn't very common. I went to 2 other therapists before I found Pure Form Physio and I will never go anywhere else. Thanks to Kam & the team! They're the best.

I'm not a fan of clinics that book two clients at once, I'd rather have the full attention of one therapist. Kam from Pureform was extremely professional and prepared. She was fully invested in helping me regain my shoulder health, I would recommend her to anyone.
