Me and my wife found Devcore had bought the apartment building in Cornwall, we were instantly intrigued so we had went and took a peak inside to see if there were changes, and WOW there is a fancy new facial recognition scanner to open the doors! So we had put our names in to view the units, and sure enough again WOW they are NICE! so of course we instantly loved the layout and the fact that the apartment was affordable, and fully furnished with an amazing kitchen, A month later we are officially moved in! :) We did have some internet issues our first day but within one simple phone call I had it within the same day. The staff that welcomed us were simply professional & welcoming and Needless to say my wife and I could not be happier with our new home. THANK YOU DEVCORE!

Julie Rennick was fantastic from the first day she contacted me to go over options and all the hard work she did for us to have an absolutely amazing home that we have! I highly recommend de core and their staff! Also love the advance notice we receive about maintenance happening around the building!
R	Ruize Zhao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved into my unit last night, the living condition is absolutely great. Quiet area and, neighbours, and the unit so beautiful. One of the biggest thing I care about is the response time from the housing agency. Some agencies I know of, it would take them days to respond to an email for fixing a minor problem in the unit. Talking about fast response, Devcore group 's response time is the fastest I've ever seen. Pretty much whenever I messaged them asking for help, they would reply back within 30mins. Feels like someone is actually sitting in front of the computer waiting to help you out and it's like that even during the weekend or passed the business hours. Registering and applying for the apartment was a simple and quick process. Julie as my sales person told me all the information that I need to prepare in order to get approved, which made the entire process a lot easier, more direct, and saves lots of time for me. Whenever I got a question I will just email her and I am satisfied with the answers she provided each time. Sometimes Julie would ask me herself, in case I need any help with anything. Over all experience is excellent!
J	John Thrasher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As someone who moved from about 6 hours away, it was amazing to have someone like Julie (leasing administrator) who was able to answer any questions or concerns I had. Not only was Julie extremely prompt in her correspondence, she also responded to my emails after business hours on multiple occasions. Extremely professional and helpful! She was also able to work with me and my move schedule and hold the unit I wanted. This removed a tremendous amount of stress from my move! My unit was freshly renovated and very modern, and the location of the building is perfect for me. The unit was clean and ready when I showed up, and my move in day was painless and stress free! They are doing tons of major renovations to the entire building, which shows their committment as a company to providing modern, quality accommodations with high-tech features like facial recognition entry, RFID entry fobs, and numerous security cameras everywhere around and inside the building. As someone who hasn't lived in apartments for 10+ years, any worries I initially had were easily handled thanks to the knowledgable and professional staff. I highly recommend Devcore Group- PUR Apartments Cornwall to anyone looking for quality apartments in Cornwall!

Julie was accomadating that we lived in Ottawa and set up virtual signing. Upon arrival all was taken care and keys were exchanged without any issues. Staff is very friendly.

It’s impossible to get your key deposit refunded… Original - It has been a great experience living in these apartments. The management team is very courteous, responsive and detail oriented. There have been many upgrades in the building and those have been thoughtful and convenient. You get response to your requests and questions within minutes via email, weekdays or weekends. The management team provides solutions and compensations for any kinds of delays or issues.

In one month and about two weeks, pest control was called in three times. After the third, roaches would crawl right on back in. If you can handle the pests, then go for it. If not, I'd recommend avoid. Also apartments are pricey, yikes.

Well i know am living in here with the new owners Davcorr and wow what a big change. Our unit is extremely clean ,very up to date on everything and it is a very quiet and comfortable home. I am very impressed with how often the hallways , entrance and laundry room are cleaned. Thank you Davcorr for everything you have done for us.
