★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered an Edmonton Oilers wallet online from Pulsion Sport. It was very reasonably priced and they filled my order quickly and shipped it out that day. Shipping costs were reasonable and I received the package much sooner than expected. After receiving it I got an email from a Pulsion Sports representative and he informed me that they were able to fit my purchase into a smaller envelope than expected and so the shipping costs ended up being less than what I paid. He let me know that they would be refunding me the difference for the shipping cost and that it would not feel right for them to take more money from me than what they actually paid. I was so surprised and so impressed. Such honest business practices should be celebrated. They would have easily gotten away with keeping the extra money and yet they chose to refund it. They have won themselves a loyal customer and I encourage others to support this business.
