There are two Cons with Public Mobile:
You must bring your own phone, and customer service is based from onsite forms.
This company may not be for you, if you are impatient, need your hand held to solve online based problems, and are not humble enough to ask peers for help.
If you're patient and are willing to solve online based problems, you can benefit from:
1) Receiving monthly payment discounts for contributing to the community customer service form.
2) Receive a $2 monthly discount for Credit Card payment per-authorization.
3) Receive a $1 monthly discount for every friend you refer, who signs up to Public Mobile.
4) Receive an equal dollar amount monthly discount for every year you're with Public Mobile.
ie. 1 year = $1/mo, 2 years = $2/mo, 3 = $3/mo
I want to give a fair and honest review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just switched over from freedom mobile. I really cannot believe that they don't advertise public Mobile more than they do! I've had two conversations with two different people and both of them asked me where I was because they couldn't believe the sound. I also couldn't believe the sound of their voice. It sounded like they were right beside me. I'm using a phone that is 6 years old. I used to think it was because of the phone but now I know it's the service provider.
The rates are also mind-blowing. And to add to it, you can get monthly discounts. So I'm getting $2 a month discount just for signing up for auto-pay?! if you refer a friend you get a dollar a month discount. And for every year you're with them, you get $1 per month discount.That's just unbelievable to me.
I don't know why everybody isn't with public mobile. I just happened to Google them after driving by one of their stores.
There is no commitment and no contract.
