C	Cathy Mendler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired Patrice on a couple of occasions. The first time was to assemble 4 IKEA bookcases; it would have taken me so much longer if I'd had to do it myself. The second time was prior to hosting a wedding reception at our home. The list of items to be completed was a long one, so we hired Patrice to complete them. He did all of the following jobs: Scraped, primed and painted the inside of our garage Removed old door/window casing and put up new casing around several doors/windows Repaired drywall Removed and installed wood blinds Replaced weather stripping on garage doors Installed a laundry room drying rack He did an excellent job and was very efficient at completing all of these items. We have also seen a number of kitchen and bathroom renovations and flooring installations he has done. We would not hesitate to recommend Patrice for any renovation project—big or small.

A	Adam Best on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After looking for several months for someone to help with a bathroom reno(new bathtub, new surround walls, to ceiling tile work and associated plumbing), I came across PS Handyman & Design. While I was somewhat pessimistic, having been ignored/forgotten by several other contractors recently, I was pleasantly surprised to get a quick reply back from Pat, even though he was away and on vacation at the time. Pat promised to get back me when we was available and he did not disappoint. After meeting up to go over my job and provide an estimate, the work was agreed upon and scheduled without delay. Within about a week, our new bathtub, walls and tile was installed and ready for use. A quality job at a reasonable price and on budget! I recommend Pat %100 and hope he and his crew will be able to help with some more work I will be looking to have done later in the year.

He stuck to his quote and was very patient with all of our questions, and sometimes last-minute decisions. Pat is very personable and professional - he keeps you informed every step of the way and despite his busy schedule he is very responsive. We will definitely be asking Pat to assist with future renovation projects.

The subcontractors he hired were also fantastic. Things were pretty close to budget and time, any overages were completely necessary and came from unforeseen circumstances ie replacing weak pipes. If you are putting in a suite or remodeling, hire Pat.

Pat was always on time, a great communicator, very efficient and detail orientated with his work. He and Tony went above and beyond in their efforts to make sure we were satisfied with the end result. They were very patient with us as we were pretty new to the renovation process and advised us well through many decisions that we struggled with. We would highly recommend Pat for any work you need done.
