β β β β β Clean campground with good sites, but with limited things to do. Nearby lake is inaccessible and other hiking oportunities require driving. There is regular noise from the adjacent TransCanada highway.
It has clean pit toilets, water to pump, and is open late for those arriving on the Prince Rupert ferry, 15 km away. You csn reserve sites online in advance of your arrival, but it never fully filled up.
We stayed 4 nights and used our site for regional explorations in our vehicle. Nearby Diana Lake is a good distination with a sandy beach if you want to swim.
This campsite is acceptable, but fails to capture the magic of the region.

β β β β β Stayed here in 2007 Loved it. Traveling home to So. Cal. from trip to Alaska. Perfect place to camp. Close to Prince Rupert fo day trip.

β β β β β Really small park composed essentially of the campground were the sites are so cramped that we shared a double site with an RV. You can hear anyone if they're loud so don't go there with a tent if you want a good night's sleep. Park manager is very nice and friendly though.

β β β β β 15 min drive from Prince Rupert. Price is alright considering the few campgrounds in the area. This is a serviced site so it felt safe with the park rangers (?) next to us. Firewood for sale. Very clean and quiet park.
