Provista Vacation Suites - Regina Beach

This was the WORST place because of the owners and workers. The staff is not nice nor friendly!!! Their website states 5 guest. They only had 4 plates, 3 mugs and 2 large drinking glasses and 2 juice glasses, no cheese grater and barely any proper cooking or eating utensils, no hangers to hang your coat, etc. We complained and they said it was adequate. The couch was extremely cheap and uncomfortable. Every time you sat on it the cushions slid off. The living room furniture was not adequate to sit 5 people comfortably. We paid $1700 for a week in off season. They charged us $85 for putting a few staples in the wall from a regular stapler and $350 for a damaged cabinet that was damaged before we got there and charged us without talking to us about this. I contacted them about getting our poster back and the only response I received from them was a receipt with charges and have not received my poster back. When a condo forces you to pay 100% upfront BEWARE. They are cheap people with Dollar Store quality furnishings. I've included my invoice so you can see what they charged me. I've travelled A LOT, around the world as you can see through my google guide reviews. This is the WORST place ever and the first BAD review I've ever given. Do NOT stay here!!!! BEWARE!!! I only shared half of my complaints with this DUMP!
