Talked to Ron and he said he couldn't help and hung up on me during conversation. When I first went in and bought the doors they where very good to deal with and professional. I guess once they have your money they don't care anymore.

They replaced both cables, couple rollers and did some other regular maintenance for a decent price. They also gave me a few maintenance tips. Would definitely recommend Provincial Doors.
