Epic Canadian beach. Great for kids with park right there. Workout stuff for big kids and accessible for those in wheelchairs. Nice boardwalk too.

Enjoyed our visit to Providence Bay! We were here for a few hours. The water is crystal clear that and not too deep. The board walk is great! Wish we stayed for the sunset, nect time!

This is a great way to combine swimming and a park date all in one. Love the warm water and sand. The kids love playing. There was workout equipment for anyone who wants to get a bit of exercise in before a swim. We did find it was very crowded, lots of tourists in the summer and such. But the 4 stars is because i had a few issues with the play equipment. There is a large play yard here. But there is a lot more for the older kids and my younger one was very frustrated with not having as much to play on with her sister. We also found a lot of the spring rides (the ones you rock back and forth on) were too buried in sand to be of use. Clearly sand had been added to the beach but adjustments weren't made for the playground equipment.

‼️Fact: Providence is actually my last name ? Providence Bay is an absolutely beautiful place that I visited not to long ago, though the snow ❄️ only begun long before arriving, otherwise the views were spectacular but the coldness was bitter ? definitely some historical findings and discoveries can be uncovered along with a fossil map that can be read. I'd recommend you visit here (when the whether warms hopefully ?) and explore what this beautiful small town has to offer. ?????

What a lovely afternoon we spent at the beach after hiking Cup and Saucer trail. The water was crystal clear and warm, there was a lovely breeze, the sand was clean and there was lots of families enjoying the play area and the ice cream! We walked along the board walk at the end of our stay and found more places to chill. There are no shady areas so an umbrella is important (we didn’t have one!).

One of the best beaches I have been in Ontario. Clean, sandy beach, clear water, very shallow for good 100m. Very kid friendly beach. No dogs and horses allowed in the beach area. I saw a duty officer patrolling. There is a play area and fitness area. A boardwalk for those who love walking. There is a small sand dunes area too. An ice cream place and few more stores on the beach area. Parking is free. Small parking area. Beach stretches for a long area but sand area of the beach is small (meaning water to the grass area). I will visit again. I had loads of fun with my kids.

A nice long stretch of sandy beach. Totally deserted in the winter time, but well populated during the summer. A very nice board walk helps to spread out visitors and invites for strolls along the beach, while protecting dunes. Awesome for the whole family and people who enjoy watching other families with all the dynamics children bring to the scene.
