C	Cynthia W. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Private lessons are the best way to learn! You can choose from a variety of pool locations, swim instructors and a more flexible class schedule with Propel. Tommy was a patient and very knowledgeable instructor. He was really good at identifying what areas needed correction and he was quick to provide us with suggestions on how to improve our swimming techniques. His explanations were detailed and precise and we were able to achieve immediate improvement in our speed and form. I am sharing the swim sessions with a friend and we used to take community centre lessons. The Radisson pool is so much nicer and cleaner. So when you consider the one hour lesson (vs. 40 mins at the community centre), splitting the cost with a friend and getting more one on one instruction time, we thought it was worth paying a bit more to take Propel lessons. The results were: - more one on one instruction time - more time in the pool to practice and improve your strokes - a much more pleasant environment / experience - faster progress, better results - having the whole pool to ourselves - a bonus!
E	Emily Trepanier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abi is an awesome swimming instructor. I highly recommend. I'm legally blind and have a bit of aqua phobia without my lifejacket on while I swim. I've been taking lessons with Abi through Propel. Today was my 4th lesson with her. We have been taking it nice and slow and Abi does a good job at braking a skill down so it's easier for you to learn and master before you progress which has been working well for me. Today for the very first time we started to work on slowly introducing some deep water swimming. I had a lot of nerves and anxiety but this is a goal that I want to work on. Abi stayed super close and walked me through it slowly and always had her hand on me so I could always know where she was. I panicked a few times but her motivation and cheering kept me going. So incredible thankful to have Abi as my swim coach. Highly recommend.

She has incredible energy, she creates a bond with you right away which helped us learn better. Highly recommend!
L	Lina Shin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instructors are great as my kids have been enjoying the lessons. But the facility needs to be repaired. Shower booth has been broken many months. It is frustrating that I need to change my kids after lessons without shower. Plus get home, undress, wash and dress them again is another big frustration. The sliding door to the pool is very hard to open and close.. For those two reasons I took 2 stars away otherwise it could be 5 stars review! ADDITIONAL (-1 star) : THERE IS NO PROPER SOAP IN THE WASHROOM AND THE ENTIRE WASHROOM SMEELS LIKE PEE.... ? I am hoping to see some improvement on those matters! Once I see the improvement I will modify my review. Thanks!

I would strongly recommend them to anyone interested in learning to swim. Lessons are straight forward and easy to learn, it is a welcoming environment and I will definitely be coming back.
