★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je n'ai pas été impressionné par le service au téléphone de la part des deux téléphonistes auxquelles j'ai parlé pour la location d'un réservoir de 420L. Elles ne semblaient pas connaître le produit et une ne semblait pas vouloir répondre à mes questions.
 I was not impressed with the service over the phone from the two operators I spoke to about renting a 420L tank. They didn't seem to know the product and one didn't seem to want to answer my questions.

J'ai un réservoir de 100 livres pour ma cuisinière et j'appelle aussitôt que je manque de gaz. Ils viennent le plus vite possible. Je faisais affaire avec une autre compagnie et je n'ai jamais eu ce service courtois et rapide pour me dépanner.
Super customer service!
I have a 100 pound tank for my stove and I call as soon as I run out of gas. They come as quickly as possible. I was dealing with another company and I never had this courteous and quick service to help me out.

Propane Action up until now is the best company I could work with. As a customer, knowing there is someone willing to explain and help pays off more than price itself.
