★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If your on a budget without the best coverage. This place can not be trusted to pre approve cost as they claim to. This place hurt me financially and when I was upset at being surprised with an unexpected bill. The best tactic on their part was to offer to transfer my x-rays to another dental office several times.
I'm sure calling them out on sending my 8 year old for 4000 dollars worth of invisaline that was completely unnecessary from the second opinion I went and got, probably didn’t help our professional relationship.
Even though they said there was no kickbacks for the referral, I'm skeptical since there is an invisaline provider less than 500 meters away and yet they send me 5 km north. Why not send us to the closest place then?
The manager did hear my concerns, but overall I did not get the impression she truly cared that her staff hurt my family financially even though it could have been avoided. They say I agreeded to the appointments but they were never completely transparent on cost or issues with cost. So my bad on trusting them to do their job properly.
The manager did offer for me to go back in for free so they could fix the inadequate dental work that needed amending.
But you know, after feeling so dismissed and dissed, having my trust broken on cost transparency and not really feeling a true effort to rectify the relationship damages....I'm going to have to pass. Take their advice and transfer my files to another office.
Dentist are a dime a dozen. Hopefully I will have better luck next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally disappointed with this clinic. They didn`t check with your insurance if they are going to cover all the procedures before doing it. They don`t ask you if you want to know the cost before doing the procedures. So, in the end is like this. You go to the clinic, sit on the chair, they do all the procedures they want and then you find out the price. SURPRISE! You own us 200 dollars. I called them and they said: "Its standard procedures. You should ask for the cost before coming to the clinic." Can you believe it? They hadn`t seen my month yet and I should ask for the cost. Cost of what? I`m not even sure what they are going to do. Even they don`t know what procedures will be necessary before taking a look of my teeth. You got the service before knowing the cost. Surreal !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got two wisdom teeth removed at Progressive Dental, the staff is amazing, and super polite. Dr. Willian did great job, they were all super fast when I a follow-up was needed. Can’t complain.

Everyone seems so professional, competent, and above all friendly. Such a rare combination these days. Progressive Dental is hands down the best in Calgary!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are always amazing and have been caring for everyone in my family for over 7 years. They give attention to individual needs, are gentle with my little kids, and guarantee a pleasant visit each time.
We even had a late night dental emergency once and they were immediate to meet us, after closing, to take care of the injury.
Highly recommend! We'll always be coming here.

Amie, Carole and Krista are always so welcoming up front and have been there just as long. That speaks volumes to me :) Highly recommend Progressive dental for quality, cost, and overall experience!

They are always on time for appointments and send reminders of upcoming appointments with enough time to make changes if needed. Dr. Phan always checks in after any kind of fillings or other work that is required. I highly recommend Progressive Dental!
