ProForma is a diverse team of professionals, passionate about achieving excellence through solution-focused innovation with the goal of bringing our clients’ ideas to reality and contributing to building a better world for future generations to come.
After years of working in various technical and managerial engineering positions, both nationally and internationally, Doug Krokosz founded ProForma in 2010 with the intention of building a multi-cultural, multi-lingual, flexible team of technical professionals. Before long, our initial two-person operation grew to an extensive team that shares the desire to apply their knowledge of engineering to help build a better world by optimizing products and processes both in our local communities and around the globe.
Head-quartered in Winnipeg, we have satellite offices in Burlington, Ontario and Thompson, Manitoba, as well as a 6000 sqft shop space. We have worked with clients all across Canada, as well as internationally with activities in Europe, USA, UAE & Mexico.
