After 12 years of working for Zenith Paving Ltd. Ken Bullion realized how much he enjoyed every aspect of asphalt paving, and that he had a dream of one day having his own business. In 1994 with the help of a silent partner Ken’s dream came true, creating Profile Paving Ltd. with himself and 3 employees focusing on residential driveways within an 80 mile radius of Brandon MB. Through hard work and long hours Ken was able to grow the business to the point where he and his wife Alice bought out the silent partner 6 years later. As the business grew Ken’s daughter Jan and son in law Kris joined Profile Paving Ltd looking after the office for him while he worked with his growing team of employees. Profile Paving Ltd. also grew in scope to where we also specialize in commercial and government projects in addition to residential driveways. Big or small we pave them all!!
2018 marks our 24th business with highly skilled employees that are capable of satisfying any asphalt paving project. With over 36 years of experience Ken still oversees all jobs and takes pride in our quality work. You will still find Ken on the job site running equipment or shoveling asphalt alongside his team of employees. In the winter months Ken can be found in his loader clearing snow day and night for one of our many customers.
