k	ki ca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed, 6 months in and acrylic somehow chipped on the side. There isn't anything sharp enough in my bathroom to really dent this. Not sure how it happened. There is no warranty on chips for a $$ bathtub.

B	Benjamin Page on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O on 5 stars, has a 15% plus delivery return policy, with tax!!!! 260$ to return a 1150$ bath. Poor customer service. The 15% is to "inspect" the bath that was never opened. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You are better off at a box store.

F	Ferial Chara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please be careful from this scam company I bought a tub from them last week i tried it to see if it works the tub was leaking no stop, expensive tub and cheap material I tried to get in touch with them they don’t want to return it or replace it or fix it despite I have 10 years warranty. My bank have to deal with their scam Please if you want to buy a tub with easy return policy and good quality go somewhere definitely not them
G	Gordon Wilson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shower and acrylic base walls kinda ok. However thin acrylic, but still on par with many others. Small chip in base acrylic, ok its on outside, wont notice as its near floor behind sink cabinet. will paint over with suitable paint. In its box, well packaged it had also a small 2 inch scratch on smallest glass pane. Also will not notice as its on far side. But my issue is the 2 cheap bottom rollers were defective. Threads were garbage stripped right from the box. I contacted them, seemed willing fo help Then no news. Recontacted by email. They just gave me part number and told me to buy 2 new ones. Thanks but no thanks customer service is zero !!
M	Michael Wilson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be very careful buying Neptune products. First they sent the wrong tub to my supplier. I was forced to accept it (or wait weeks for the right one). Fortunately the one I was sent erroneously still fit. Much worse, once my contractor took the tub out of the box he noticed large gaps in the interior that the sun shone through. Attached a picture of one of these gaps. Had he not noticed and we installed it, any contact could have cracked the tub. I had read reviews from other Neptune customers that had the same issue (and after installation cracked their tubs). I regret not taking those complaints seriously. Luckily we noticed and did not install it. It was replaced at lost time and a lot of stress. Otherwise: a cracked bathtub means having to redo all your walls and flooring. I called Neptune to complain because and ask for some compensation: I was paying plumbers to be in my house but they of course would not install a defective product. I also had to pay them to return upon receiving a new tub (that still had some small fissures). Neptune said that their warranty doesn't cover plumbing costs, or the hypothetical costs of redoing bathtub surroundings after their models crack. I really expected more from something made in Canada.
