Initialement, le contact était chaleureux, courtois et efficace. Les Productions Rolly nous proposaient les produits que nous souhaitions auprès d'une autre compagnie avec laquelle il était difficile de faire affaire, au même prix ! Ce qui n'a pas du tout été le cas... Finalement, quand il a été le temps de régler la facture, le montant n'était pas celui convenu verbalement. On m'a alors répondu que c'était notre faute puisque nous n'avions pas pris en plus des items de décoration et que l'entreprise ne faisait dont pas de profit sur notre facture... Il n'avait toutefois jamais été question de location de décoration de notre part. Effectivement, il ne fait pas de sens qu'une entreprise offre un service sans faire de profit, nous aurions toutefois apprécié davantage de transparence.
La livraison s'est bien déroulée et les arrangements ont été pris avec la salle de réception directement, ce que j'ai apprécié.
Je ne recommande toutefois par Les Productions Rolly pour un événement de particulier.
 We worked with Rolly Productions to rent tables, high chairs and furniture for our wedding. Initially, the contact was warm, courteous and efficient. Rolly Productions offered us the products we wanted from another company with which it was difficult to do business, at the same price! Which was not the case at all ... Finally, when it was time to pay the bill, the amount was not that agreed verbally. I was then told that it was our fault since we did not take more decoration items and that the company did not make any profit on our bill ... However, there was never any question decoration rental from us. In fact, it does not make sense that a company offers a service without making a profit, but we would have appreciated more transparency.
The delivery went well and arrangements were made with the reception room directly, which I appreciated.
However, I do not recommend Rolly Productions for any particular event.
