★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I didn't have a great experience here. I came to Production Lighting looking for some rentals but the owner was uninterested in helping me find what I needed. When I had questions he responded like I didn't know what I was talking about which wasn't a great feeling. They had what I needed but I left promptly because of this. I took my business elsewhere, and when I told them about this encounter, they said that I wasn't the first person to say that to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently worked with Production Lighting to do the backdrop and logo projections for our international mining event. We had major sponsors and wanted to make sure everything was perfect. I had originally started working with a different lighting company, but became frustrated with their lack of customer service and high pricing. That’s when I came across Production Lighting and immediately was put in contact with Byron. I can confidently say that with all of the events I have planned, I have never been more satisfied than I was working with Production Lighting. After explaining my frustrations to Byron, he was super accommodating and quoted much more reasonable prices, so I switched my ENTIRE lighting account to Production Lighting. I was so happy with the patience and accommodation I received from Production, they were so easy to work with. Byron even took the initiative to go to my venue ahead of time and work out how they were going to set everything up so that nothing was being figured out last minute. The stage setup looked better than I could've ever hoped for, and the logo projections were a great touch. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with a company and representative that was so flexible and honest about pricing. I would recommend Byron and Production Lighting to anyone planning an event!!
