Jonathan Torrenti de Proconcept Excavation et le lendemain matin, 06:30, son équipe d'urgence était chez moi avec tout l'équipement nécessaire pour régler mon problème. J'étais convaincu qu'ils en auraient pour la journée au complet, soit pour colmater la fuite, creuser pour identifier la cause, , faire les réparations nécessaires ensuite, faire un test pour s'assurer que tout va bien et finalement, tout remblayer. Et ce, à un prix plus que raisonnable ...

Major aqueduct problem, water comes out abundantly from the land two meters from the street, 5 homes without drinking water, I contacted Mr. Jonathan Torrenti of Proconcept Excavation and the next morning, 06:30, his team of emergency was at my house with all the necessary equipment to solve my problem. I was convinced that they would have it for the whole day, either to plug the leak, dig to identify the cause, make the necessary repairs afterwards, do a test to make sure everything is fine and finally, backfill everything. . And this, at a more than reasonable price ...

Nous avons utilisé leur service pour des travaux de raccordement d’égouts et de changement de drains français et nous avons été plus que satisfait! Durant nos travaux (d’envergures) l’équipe de Jonathan a rencontré plusieurs pépins (tant dans la fondation que dans le sol) et ils ont su s’adapter avec vitesse et professionnalisme. We used their service for sewer connection work and French drains change and we were more than satisfied! During our (extensive) work Jonathan's team encountered several glitches (both in the foundation and in the soil) and they were able to adapt with speed and professionalism. We were particularly charmed by their good humor, their impeccable work ethic and their easy communication throughout the work. 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
