★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend just called pro west as our furnace quit. We were put through to the guy on call. Will not use names. He immediately started saying how tired he was and that he was almost home from a long days work. She explained what had happened and he went on again to say how tired he was. She asked if he would prefer if she called another company to come out. He said yes he would prefer this time not having to come. Not professional in the slightest. Would not recommend.

Installation was impeccable as their technician was on time and efficient. Danick made sure to follow up to see if we were satisfied after everything was said and done. Overall, we had an excellent experience and we would highly recommend Pro-West for all of your heating and cooling needs! Thank you for making sure the hot summer we are about to have is bearable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During the worst summer we've experienced, heat wave after heat wave, Pro-West installed an AC unit on our home. Prompt, professional, friendly, knowledgeable people. From the owner to the technician who installed the unit, everyone knew what they were doing. They were helpful, efficient, and explained every step to us carefully. My dogs were very eager to say hello to their new buddy coming in and out of the house and yard each time, and he was fantastic with them.
Good pricing, and the AC is doing a great job of keeping the house cool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very satisfied with pro-west! Danick was an excellent point man to deal with, and the technician stayed until 8 pm in the middle of the brutal heatwave to make sure ours was done! Great great great service!!! That’s worth more to me than any price point, but they were competitive there as well! Will use them again for sure.

Two wonderful persons finished the whole set up for the heating system in just under 2 days. That way too fast. Highly recommend those guys (don't remember their names, but they were from Alberta)
