Had to bring my canvas back 3 times before it fit,just added patches to make it fit,looked terrible afterwards,i just took it as is ,i needed it and didnt want to wait for it to get worse looking,paid and left,price also went up half way threw the job,i will not be returning for their service.I wish i had taken pictures of the poor workmanship before selling,i would love to have posted the proof. They dont even deserve my 1 star,but i had to put something in order to leave a review.

Bought awnings from this business. Pleasant to deal with but make sure that you have everything in writing. They made awnings for door and window. The door awning was not as requested. I phoned to get a price on making it larger but never heard back from them. The quality of the work that they did seems to be good.

Hands down the worst place to bring your boat cover.. very poor workmanship! they did not follow directions to cut and fold at marked seam. And to top it off they did not even sew it with a matching thread. The place is an absolute mess. Look at my pictures for proof. I will not be returning and will be fixing the cover myself.

Appalled at the poor customer service and rude, incompetent employees. Recently brought in item for repair and was given the run around for a month. From comments such as were to busy to not my problem to will move you to level one which was the code for ready next week which never materialized. Whoever owns this mess of a company does not belong to be a part of our business community.

I bought a boat motor cover, unfortunately it didn't fit right, too long and loose fit. I took it in for alterations, the freindly staff and the seamstress Lucy did an awsome job she even added a soft cotton inner liner to prevent scuffing the paint finish. Awsome guys.

FACTS; β€’boat tops were brought in and we asked for new material, we were told not to waste any money, but to re stitch. After a lengthy time, we decided to let them restitch (what we thought was rotten material), they are the "professionals". Also to get windows put in the old material (yes you read that right OLD MATERIAL, at their advise) β€’less than one season the material ripped (shocker), and the snaps never closed on the windows due to the boat never going in and getting measured! (under their profession advisement) β€’multiple emails, calls etc. (well over a year, with no response) β€’last week out of the blue someone called back from ProStitch trying to make it right.. ha ha!!! β€’conclusion: Maria at Prostitch under Jonathan's advisement stated now the boat go back in (which was never done to begin with) to fix the windows (that's ok, but should had been done long ago). Regarding the top and rotten material, they did their job by restitching and will not offer correction since this was our fault by letting them restitch in the first place, and according to Maria, we should had left and gone somewhere else if originally ProStitch wouldn't do what we wanted!!!! WHATTTTTT!!!! Aren't they the "professionals?" Also we were told that restitches let go and fail but we need proof that we had the word done with an invoice (yes I should had kept it, but did change email addresses), Maria said that they were broken into and lost all accounting and information, so basically it isn't their fault!!! And conclusion to our conversation on the phone she said she had no more resources and time to discuss the problem any further with me! Extremely unprofessional!!!

Prostitch replaced the rear awning on my travel trailer. Very pleased with the new fabric and it now rolls out more smoothly than before, plus they installed a new pull cord. Great price too that came in below their estimate. They are busy in summer for good reason! Thank you Prostitch!
