Got my photos done quickly & efficiently. And it’s affordable too.

Customer service is bad, when I call them, they are not giving correct information, what is the point of providing customer service when you don't know how to provide service to the customer.

Stay away from all these locations. Its inside a convenience store. Not even close to professional. Better off paying more for a better picture. There is no professional setup and staff is not trained. The white screen is not even opaque. It is transparent. We wasted 45 minutes of our time to get one picture right. The guy had to take multiple pictures because the background was not white. The lighting was awful as well. Avoid places like this.

Covid 19 is just an excuse for pro passport not to deliver service. All locations are just wastage of time to call if customer needs any info.

All be warned that this is just a set up inside a small store. Waste of time and money. The photographs which we get looks unprofessional and you will definitely feel that we ourselves can do a better job by taking a selfie and printing it out on to an a4 size sheet but we can't since they advertise that they are Pro passport photo with the word pro or professional has nothing to do with their services or whatsoever and that's not what we require as a standard passport size photograph. Horrible customer service, impatient (I went with my 2.5 year old child and yes it's hard to capture photos of children but this guy starts showing faces and expressions that we're there seeking charity, felt like throwing the money on to their faces but we can't lower down to their standards and it's our hard earned money. Should see all the smiles appearing on their face once they see Canadians/locals, pathetic. To top it all we get free advise asking us to go to some other professional photographer, if that's what's needed why the name pro passport photo, idiotic). Our child started crying since we were trying to force him to stand to get this over with, amidst that the lady shows some irritating face and we understood what it meant, so my wife took my child out of the store. Probably the lady knew this and softly asked me that she will try to take the photo of my child again, but my self respect did not allow it. I paid and walked out. She came out a bit afterwards and extended a lollipop to my child, may be as an expression to their disrespectful behavior towards us or whatever, my child took it from her out of curiosity and later threw it in the garbage.

Be forewarned**this place is inside a convenience store . The staff can barely work the camera and takes photos in between attending to other customers, which there were every few minutes, sometimes multiple of, the lighting is poor and after 8 tries still can't get proper lighting. I understand taking multiple photos because I brought my kids, but not for lighting and then blame it on a cloudy day. Plus I contacted them ahead of time to see if they were able to do child photos and gave my kids ages, which they said 'no problen' to. The 'business" site has an image of actual photo shoot set up so to walk into a conveinience store is very misleading. Shame on you.

Great service and ver knowledgeable staff. I went for PCC photos and citizenship photos and they knew exactly the sizes and dimensions of both digital and physical photos. Definately recommended!!!

Waste of time and money if you are going to this shop for passport photo. Staff is not training and even its over priced. All the locations of Pro Passport photo are just garbage.
