I don't really know where to start. I'm on disability and get tired easily and I told Vincent that I would try to patch all the holes, he said don't worry if they see any they would fill them. Well I guess I missed a bunch and they didn't fill a single one. I don't even think I saw them bring filler into our house. Secondly we warned them that our house was previously painted with oil paint which after searching the internet on how to prepare the walls is that all surfaces have to be sanded extremely well for the new paint to bond. Well the paint they used hasn't bonded at all. I touch a wall with my finger nail and the paint comes off and I couldn't see any sanding marks which makes me believe that they didn't sand at all. When they painted they overloaded their brushes and rollers causing runs everywhere, if I look close and count every run, well there are probably dozens . My late dad was a painter and an amazing painter, but he always had a rag in his back pocket to wipe any paint off where it shouldn't be. These guys got paint on all sorts of items, floors, moldings, a wall hanging even on a brand new desk that was completely covered. Also the night they finished I went around to close all the blinds, I went to lower the one in our kitchen and it came crashing down almost hitting me in the head and took a large chunk out the the window frame that was just painted. I called the next day to let them know of a few issues and they said someone would come and fix. Well it's been weeks now and no sign of anyone. Too funny on their Website it indicates clients don't pay until you're completely satisfied. Well that's a joke, Vincent's supervisor followed us around like a lost puppy until we paid. I don't think he was going to leave without it. Be aware before using there services. I would never use them again.
