Working with Mike, Shelly, Sabrina and their team was a great experience. From design to construction, they provided the entire package and made it as stress free as a major renovation can be. Any hiccups that came along were addressed and dealt with professionally and promptly. We appreciated them coming to us with our design options when we were unable to go to their showroom. They turned our dream into a reality to have a beautiful functional kitchen and living space!

From the first consultation to the finish of our master bathroom renovation, the staff at Pro-Pack were amazing to deal with. The design made the best use of our space and they were able to work miracles to open it up. They came on time, left the site clean every day and stayed within budget. They were extremely patient with us while we contemplated our options. We would not hesitate to recommend Pro-Pack for your next residential renovation, big or small!!

When we decided to renovate our entire house, we knew it was going to be important which company we chose. We used a mental checklist to research different companies. 1) Trust - can we trust the company to create what we envision for our home or will they simply ignore our ideas and end up doing what they want to do? 2) Knowledge - do they have the experience to recognize problem areas and solve them so that even the hidden nooks and crannies are updated to today’s standards. Not only should they have a complete understanding of codes and products but trends in design as well. 3) Craftmanship - the final product is what we live with over the years. We were looking for top-quality and attractive finishing. We wanted to be proud of our home and enjoy living in it. 4) Presence - Since we would have this company in our home daily over the course of a year, it was important that the people that worked in our home were pleasant. We didn’t want to feel invaded or uncomfortable in our own home. I believe Pro-Pack passed our test with flying colours! Mike worked hard to build a relationship of trust as he listened to our ideas and discussed any surprises that were uncovered as we pulled walls and floors out. Shelly’s patience as we explored our new look and willingness to create something that was truly a reflection of us in our home always made us feel valued and confident that the project was staying true to our vision. Mike’s many years of experience both in the trades and in renovation ensured that old plumbing, uneven flooring and other “surprises” we might encounter were resolved resulting in an updated, more efficient and attractive home. Shelly’s years of experience meant that she was able to pull from all kinds of suppliers and connections to find what we needed. Her expertise in design was an invaluable asset as she guided us in updating and realizing our vision for our home. Our home looks incredible in great part to the finishing carpentry work of Carson. He is a master craftsman whose attention to detail, knowledge of carpentry, painting and pretty much anything pertaining to finishing is well beyond his years. We are so very pleased with his work. Something that is small compared to the other items on the checklist but really impacted our daily lives was the presence of the workmen on the site. Each person that came and worked on our home were pleasant, respectful, cheerful and efficient. There was a positive energy in our home as they worked which helped to make the inconveniences easier to live through. Even though the project took longer than was originally anticipated, the end result was worth the wait. Thanks, Pro-Pack team!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this team! They are so fabulous at their job. We hired them twice and they go well above and beyond. Along with their stellar work, they are the kindest and most personable designer and contractor we’ve ever had the privilege of working with. We currently are having our kitchen renovated by these wonderful people. They show up when promised, get the job done on time and leave your home sparkling clean. We have had other nightmare experiences in past renovations and we feel so grateful to have found such exemplary people to work in our home. Shelly is a joy to work with. She takes the time to ensure all design choices are just perfect. Mike has assembled a gifted crew who know what they’re doing. Jobs are perfectly executed to exacting detail and standards. We have recommended this team to all our family & friends.

Do NOT hire this company. So many errors and issues with our kitchen renovation. 5 week estimate turned into more than 9 months. Measurements were wrong, craftsmanship faulty, damage to other components of our home. Never once an apology. They say they can do the work, but you have to watch them like a hawk. Details and finishing is not their strong point. They will install something wrong and just leave without saying anything. I point out that something is crooked, and they say “if we straighten it, THEN will you be happy?” Like it was my fault. Just bizarre. Even now, one of the last deficiencies that was “rectified” I have found a shim hidden to make it look straight. You know they installed this and chose not to tell us. Just shameful.

After speaking to a number of contractors about renovating our kitchen, we decided to hire Pro-Pack and we are very happy we did! From pricing to personality and everything in between, they were just a perfect fit for what we were looking for. Was it a perfect renovation? No, it wasn’t. We were in the middle of a pandemic where product was back-ordered or not available so we had to make some adjustments for that. We made some design changes along the way so it pushed back our completion date by quite a bit but it was worth every painstaking moment living in our basement for a few months. We love our new floors, cabinets, backsplash, stair railings and pantry, but especially the open concept. The quality of the finished product is outstanding. Mike, Shelly, Carson, Nils, Jon, Manoj and Ryan - thank you so much for all of your incredible hard work. We appreciate every single one of you. Cheers, Mark & Sheri
