★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this place for a long time ( since ever ) and normally I was always satisfied with the service and prices, the staff was nice , but now I have found that the nails do not hold anymore, the service is left to desired. For example you are told a price at the start and they change it at the end when you go to pay, so as soon as you see a flaw in your nail (not enough nails polish , the French/American manicure not right enough, nails bigger than the other hands) I'm disappointed with the service and quality this place degraded ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a clean place. Went for pedicure and the lady cut my skin with the peeling machine. I was bleeding. Not a word of apology. Feels very rushed and doesn’t take time to explain. I was charged 45 for a simple pedicure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been going there for a while, and they are definitely not the best salon by far, but for someone with severe adhd who can’t remember appointments to save her life, the fact that they are a walk in service is sooooo convenient for me. Also, I guess the cleanliness and service could be better, but they are quite cheap, and I’m usually satisfied with my nails when I leave. They’ll last for up to a month but I usually get them filled in every 2-3 weeks. So yeah… they are definitely not the best, but I also like them very much for some obscure reason. Haha!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all the nails don’t look anything like the picture I showed them. They were in a rush because the store had closed 5 minutes ago but that’s not a reason. Second of all they have the worst costumer service, as soon as i came in they say me down and started without saying anything or asking anything then they talked bad about me in their language with each other. Plus all of this they charged me 50$ for these nails. Never going back again. ( I’ll put the picture of the nails I wanted and the ones I got)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there quite a few times and loved the prices and the quality of the nails! As for customer service, there is a definite language barrier, but overall it is easy to communicate what you want done on your nails if you provide a picture on your phone or anything like that. I payed 30$ for my acrylic nails that last me for about a month. They have a discount if you’re a student so be sure to check that out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there, always such a bad service. They start, don’t even ask me what i want, she cut one nail, she asks me if the length is right, i tell her no, i want them longer. She ignored me and continues cutting them too short. If i’m paying for a service, i want to at least get what i want. Also they always look unhappy, and do not care about their clients. Then you have to wait for an eternity only to get the gel on your nails. They don’t get happier with time… When she started painting them i showed her what i wanted and she just straight up said no. I asked her why and after a long sigh she started doing them. She kept rushing me and telling me to be faster. Their technique was bad and the final result was nothing like what i asked.The only good thing about this place is the 5$ discount when you’re a student. Really not happy with my experience, will not be returning.
