★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used Jim's service to do a full remodel of a downtown 1bed/1 den condo in 2018. This included demolition of wall partitions, taking out old floors, and complete facelift of the condo from 80s facade to a modern dwelling (new floor tiles, flooring, waterfall kitchen counter, new bathroom) creating a bright and open layout. He lined up some of the specialized trades for us such as plumbers, electrician and tiles. He also uncovered some problem areas regarding a faulty sprinkler which was quickly addressed thereafter. Everything was done on time and within budget. We're very happy with the end result and have also availed other services such as custom woodwork furnitures.

In our year long renovation we kept running into contractors that either couldn't do what they claimed or worse didn't really have a clue what they were doing. Jim was top notch, all work done to a super high standard and always happy to offer suggestions on things we needed advice on. The funny thing was when we first got a quote it was a little bit more per hour than most other guys we spoke to, but at the end we realized we would have paid double his price for the work done. Can't express enough the quality and workmanship. FIVE STARS PLUS
