Edit: there is nothing to discuss, not with you.
-40hrs Unpaid training time,
-hiring on full-time employees as "subcontractors"
- job loads work out to paying minimum wage,
- unpaid waiting time.
I'll run it past Alberta Employment Standards.

I have many friends working with this company and are searching for jobs so they can leave from this company. This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for. It is all dictatorship and no leadership skills... very unprofessional hiring staff... bad dispatch... no good safety and no one is ready to take a stand for changes. If you are on work permit or lmia don't work here.
