★ ★ ★ ★ ★ suivi client très déficient pour ne pas dire inexistant. donner rendez vous a la Vidéotron (on va passer) et ne jamais se pointer... faire perdre le temps au monde. plus jamais je ferai affaire avec cette compagnie si cest est reellement une.
 customer follow-up very poor, not to say non-existent. make an appointment with the Videotron (we will pass) and never show up ... waste the world's time. I will never do business with this company again if it really is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service ! En gros, j’appelle pour mon tapis roulant, il s'emballe et a un code d'erreur. Il me dis, je commande le morceau et vous appelle lorsque je l'ai pour venir réparer. Il vient effectuer la réparation et en fin de compte, mon appareil avait seulement besoin d'un entretien. J'étais prêt à payer le morceau ! J'ai seulement payé pour un bon nettoyage. Honnête et courtois, je recommande sans hésiter !
Excellent service! Basically, I'm calling for my treadmill, it's racing and has an error code. He says to me, I order the piece and call you when I have it to repair. He just did the repair and in the end, my device only needed maintenance. I was ready to pay the piece! I only paid for a good cleaning. Honest and courteous, I recommend without hesitation!
