I've been using the orthotics for almost a month now and I've already been feeling SUCH a difference in my life. I work on my feet for up to 16 hours a day as a chef and lately when I get home from an exhausting shift, I'm no longer hobbling around. Not only are my feet less sore, but I've been having less knee, hip, and lower back pain. WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! Thank you again :)

Stephen took care of everything and made sure that the paperwork was taken care of for my benefits. I had an adjustment done afterwards which required no effort from me. Stephan picked up the orthotics, made the adjustments, and delivered it himself to my house! Highly recommended. He knows his stuff!

I loved that he was able to come to me for the fitting too, it was a very convenient process. It took me a little while to work the orthodics in, but I found wearing them in my slippers around the house first really helpful before wearing them in my boots, and now I find I can go for much longer walks where my feet don’t hurt and I’m standing straighter. I had to send them back twice to be adjusted and the second time they lost the pair and completely re did the set. This made the matter worse as they longer fit in my shoes and pressed my feet up to the top of my work boots. I think from the get go there could’ve been a better assessment as when they came to pick up or drop off my orthotics it was very quick and no one ever came back to check if they fit ok. They were just dropped off by courier. Not to mention that each time I sent them in to be fixed it took 2 weeks to come back. In the end I do not wear them now as they are extremely uncomfortable. I now have to wait to get new ones from elsewhere when my benefits allow me. They were apologetic but really overall a nuisance and I never received the product I was promised.

Aside from all of that though, I’ve had many different orthotics over the years and can honestly say this experience was the best. Stephan is super knowledgeable and took his time explaining everything from my gait analysis to the construction of the orthotics. They use state of the art technology to do the biomechanical assessment and the orthotics are well-constructed and have helped eliminate my pain. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

He even took a bunch of time to talk to my sister about her gait and her feet even though it wasn’t her appointment. He did a home visit and was so generous with his time and his knowledge. I haven’t thought much about my orthotics over the past year since adjusting to them, which tells me they’re just doing their job without any fuss, which is what you want! I'll definitely be going back for another pair.
