Et je n'ai jamais fait affaire avec eux dans le passé. Cette façon de solliciter date d'une autre époque et ça ne devrait plus se faire de nos jours. C'est dérangeant. As several others have mentioned in their comments here: This company makes unsolicited telemarketing calls even though my number is on the national do not list. And I have never done business with them in the past. This way of asking dates from another era and it should not be done nowadays. It's annoying.

Le monsieur appelle pour nous expliquer qu’une inspection pour vérifier l’état des conduits est incluse dans leur dernier nettoyage et qu’ils vont passer le lendemain. Je leur dit que ce n’est pas possible le lendemain et que je vais les rappeler. Il me répond alors bêtement que c’est impossible de les rappeler et que je perds donc mon inspection incluse!!! Et il raccroche! What low-level customer service! The gentleman calls to explain that an inspection to check the condition of the ducts is included in their last cleaning and that they will pass the next day. I tell them that it is not possible the next day and that I will call them back. He then stupidly replies that it is impossible to recall them and that I therefore lose my included inspection !!! And he hangs up!

Ne sachant pas j'ai fait affaire avec eux .. tout les ans il me rappel de manière agressive. Quand on leur demande un numéro pour rappeler impossible et ça monte le ton. Si vous n'avez pas envie de vous faire harcelé a tous les ans ne faite pas affaire avec eux . Telephone harassment, and unprofessional (raise your voice, hang up on the nose) The previous owner had done business with them, their technique and say that the follow-up is free .. then after isshh ... Not knowing I dealt with them .. every year he calls me back aggressively. When we ask them for a number to call back impossible and it gets louder. If you don't feel like being bullied every year don't do business with them.

It's not normal that the client is not advised in advance when the techs are coming. A short call to say we are late, or we will be there in an hour would be the least that they can do. Finally, they offered to come at a later date and did the job for free. Thank you.
