★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used Pristine Property Maintenance for our own home as well as our rental property. They have done grass cutting, spring and fall garden cleanup, garden bed maintenance, pruning and also put up and took down our Christmas Lights. Garrett and his team arrive on time, do the work agreed upon and he sticks to his quotes. I find Garrett to be courteous, professional, trustworthy, contientous and he also has great suggestions for the garden. I am always very happy when Pristine Property Maintenance has been to my place, everything looks so beautiful, my garden is well looked after and they always leave everything very clean! I would rate them 10 out of 10!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great job! Garrett and his crew did a good job on my front yard.However, when they put rocks on the road in front of my house.It was a problem with city bylaw and permits.Make sure all companies have permits when doing any kind of work on your house!

They show up on time, get the job done properly and clean up afterwards. They provide proper invoices and make it easy to pay (I pay be e-transfer). Garret is polite and responsive and treats me like a valued customer. I would recommend Pristine to anyone looking for a professional lawn maintenance company.

Garrett and his crew have always been very professional, polite, dependable, fast and they always do a great job! They have often been accommodating when we've requested additional work here and there and we are quite pleased with the results. Thank you guys for all of your hard work despite some pretty warm temperatures to work in!

I recently had him and his team trim my cedar hedge - they worked dilligently from 9-6:30. The hedge looks great. They cleaned up all the trimmings and then some!! Thanks again Garrett. We showed Garrett a design for our backyard which included a rock wall, garden bed, new grass area/gravel area and he went above and beyond to make this dream come a reality. They also installed a new irrigation system for us that works great. Thank you to his entire team who worked very hard at completing this reno.
