Emergency Team
Our emergency team is on call 24 hours a day so that when the unexpected happens, we are prepared to get your life and your property back to normal. We’ve done it all, and we’re ready to go the moment you need us. Our team consists of Emergency Project Managers who lead our Emergency Technicians Teams. These specialty staff members are highly experienced, qualified technical experts in IICRC restoration best practices and can effectively handle clean-up and mitigation of your property and/or contents affected by fire, water, and/or mould.
Rebuild Team
Our rebuild team works collaboratively with our Emergency Department and is there for you once the clean-up and mitigation has been completed by our emergency team. Led by our Project Managers, they will guide you through the construction process from start to finish. Further, our Project Coordinators support you along the way with scheduling appointments, trades, and follow-ups necessary to complete the restoration work to your property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a conversation with Pat on Tuesday she told her that the money would be taken and we will have someone coming for the assessment on Wednesday. The person came for the assessment on Wednesday morning and they told us that we will get the assessment before the end of the day or Thursday morning. We did not get anything. Pat was called, emailed several times. She did not bother getting back. We emailed her on and on Monday she promised that the assessment would be done as soon as possible but still we did not get anything. The customer service were disrespectful and did not show empathy considering we repeatedly told them that we were couldn't stay in our house because of the situation. We kept on asking them for it so they can start the cleaning but they took 313.95 for a service they did not provide. They will take your money and leave you stranded. They need to refund our money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor experience with this company. A week before moving in, the home experienced some water damage which the company was contracted to come fix. The work was completed a month into us living in the house, and within 3 months 1 of the repaired rooms saw issues related to improper materials being used. Priority came out and fixed the issue, which I was very grateful for. Flash forward to 2022 and 2 of the 3 previously repaired rooms are having paint issues (the same issue seen 3 months after the initial work). One of these rooms is the same room that had to be repaired for a second time (this will now be a 3rd time it needs to be repaired). I called to inquire and have been refused help claiming the problem is mine and something I have done. I requested that a tech be sent out to confirm in fact that this has nothing to do with the previously completed work which I was denied. For a company that apparently stands behind their work, they sure have a funny way of showing this. Initial experience I would rate a 4, after today's conversation that has been lowered to a single star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately a small barn on my property that housed chickens, ducks and rabbits caught fire and burned. All of the animal were lost and their remains were still in the barn, under the debris. The guys from Priority came out and were so very professional and sympathetic to the difficulty we faced during the cleanup. They brought down the remaining parts of the building and cleaned everything up beautifully. I would highly recommend this company for any restoration job!

Rene is friendly & promptly answered all my questions.
Alvin & Moussa did an amazing job today cleaning up my ceiling from water damage we had from ice over Winter. They were on-time, friendly & made this whole starting process painless! They cleaned up after themselves and I believe left my bathroom cleaner then it was!
The work is not done yet but I feel like a weight is lifted off!
