★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are alpine rider do not go to Prior. Customer service is awful.
I have tried to build custom WCRM board, send multiple inquiries to Prior about custom order, which where completely ignored. Then I decided to buy WCRM from stock boards. Few days days after I ordered my board, they told me that it is damaged and they can give me a discount of $50. I asked for pictures of the damage multiple times - they completely ignored me. Few days later, asked for refund - completely ignored me. Now case is escalated to Pay Pal.
Do yourself a favor, go to Coiler or Donek. Super friendly knowledgeable owners, great customer service, fast replies to all inquiries, more ways to customize your board to your liking.
I ended up ordering custom board from Donek and will order another one from Coiler soon. I am very happy that Prior's bad customer services forced me to find how good Donek's and Coiler's are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got off the hill on my new MFR 168w here in Ontario and it is an absolute weapon! It ate up whatever I threw at it today and anyone that rides out East here knows that could be a smorgasbord of conditions. I’ve ridden a Prior MFR for the last twelve seasons, this new whip has evolved and felt like an extension of my 6’6”, 250 lb, size 14 frame. I’m so stoked to push myself and progress and pretty proud to still have one of the coolest boards east of Whistler. I love it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a board from these guys and while I am happy with the board their customer service is horrible. Good luck getting a returned phone call. You will be very lucky to receive an email response. To many decent board makers out there to wait around on people who don’t care about the people who pay their bills!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a custom board that should have arrived for Christmas, it is now may 12 and I still haven't received my board.
...my top sheet was stuck in customs which I understand took the majority of the time but I talked to someone 2weeks ago and they said they had my top sheet and I would receive my board last week..I still don't have it...I've sent tons of emails and called over 20 times and they never respond or answer the phone....where is my board?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ride two prior ski's very hard. Rocks. Pavement. Tree stumps. I rip the pow hungry CBC and the North West (NW)110. Both are top notch bullet proof premium skis worthy of pro athletes ( Prior athlete Olivia McNeil just got 1st place at FWT Spain on Prior NW!) Would you rather shred expensive mass produced skis made in China that fall apart (even when not pushed to the limits) OR Handmade skis, shaped by LEGENDS with local materials that are literally indestructible. I got both my skis on sale/turkey sale for (much) less than a big ski brand equivalent.
I see a lot of reviews on here about bad customer service, you must have called/emailed on a POW day because I've called and sent multiple inquiries, stopped by the shop at random, and always got a rad hello and sick smile from the devoted crew.
Buy PRIOR skis: ooze with style, ski like a pro, and rep the G.O.A.T. Chris Prior with every slash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just orderded my second custom board from prior, custom slasher 167 with extra width and carbon....the craftsmenship of these boards is truly next level and you wont find anything that will match the quality and uniquness, well worth the wait too!! My only complaint is they can be a little hard to get ahold of but this is completely understandable as im sure these guys are extremely busy crafting these works of art.
