★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently contacted this company regarding a plotter repair. Perhaps I'm spoiled by dealing with reputable companies but this, in my books, takes the cake.
I spoke with Sumit and described the issue and told him I thought it might be a print head. He asked for more details which I provided - when he told me I needed a tech to visit I presumed that I was wrong in my diagnosis and made an appointment for them to come to the office.
The tech did show up, looked at the printer, said it was a printhead and HE DIDN'T HAVE ANY WITH HIM - showed the user how to change it and left in 30 minutes. For this, $160 per hour (full hour charged) plus mileage of $60 and I still don't have any stinkin' print heads.
My experience is that reputable companies will tell you if they don't think you need their service... I have had tech support say something like 'well, the print heads are easy to replace but if you would like we can send a tech out and do it for you @ x dollars etc., or you can order the part from us and do it yourself' (along those lines). THOSE companies earn my business.
In response, Sumit, unphased by my complaint proceeded to offer to sell me the print heads and have them delivered.
Why oh why would I ever give this company another cent?
$220 plus tax for absolutely nothing I needed. I can tell you that if the tech had showed up with print heads I probably would have let it go but seriously - to have been told what the issue was and not to come with the required parts is totally unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do decent work for a reasonable price. I had a top of the line HP laser that the fuser was broken on, I almost threw it away but decided to see how much it would cost to fix. I was referred to PrinterRepairGTA depot from a colleague in my office. It runs like a new one now! I haven't had a fuser issue and it’s been almost 4 years. I have also called several times through the years with minor queries that they were happy to respond. We will continue to do business with them.
