Orders have been handled promptly and shipping was very reasonable. I'd definitely recommend PYM3D if you're looking to set up your first printer or upgrade to something better.

We had some issues caused by rough shipping of the unit and some configuration issues caused by one of our computers. Print Your Mind worked with us and the manufacturer to get everything running smoothly. It was obvious how much they care to see their customers happy with their purchases, even when issues are not their fault. I will definitely purchase from here again.

They carry high quality products, and they really know their stuff. While I really enjoy 3D printing as a hobby, sometimes I just don't have time to tinker with settings etc. A quick email to Print Your Mind 3D and I very quickly get a thoughtful response on where to start. My Tax 6 Printer came from them, and Colin called to make sure that I was happy with my purchase, and to see if I had any questions. -- this is a big one, and a first experience for me. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I had one question during the setup, which was very simple and Print your mind 3D got right back to me. They would not take a return on an unused printer, or give me a refund. They got back to me 2 days later they have to ship a part and it will be 2 weeks. My printer is still not working and I will be ordering replacement parts from other better stores. I am not sure where these good reviews come from. Update: Received replacement part on May 3rd. I did not receive a tracking number. Printer is working now. There are other places to buy printers and supplies from in Calgary

From start to finish Colin has been amazing with answering all the questions I had as a total newbie to the 3D printing world. He was patient, prompt and thorough in his explanations. Colin clearly knows what he is talking about. My Taz 6 and accessories were shipped quickly and arrived safely. Since setting it up, Colin has voluntarily reached out to follow-up with me and offered his help many times... this level of customer service is so rare nowadays! PYM3D's branded filament is of excellent quality, prints great and is very affordable.
