★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Transferring to a so called connecting bus is more of a miss than a hit. The bus drivers need more time incase of too many stops because I was 2 minutes late for the connecting bus I have to wait half an hr to catch this so called connecting bus

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars only because the bus drivers are amazing. They are super nice. There have been some times I haven't quite made the stop, and I was able to wave them down. (I was probably 30 secs-1min away). Scheduling would bring it to a lower level.. Maybe 3 stars. But since I'm from a small town, they are much better than previously lived places!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This transit system works. That's about all I can say. I've been using it for 4 years and am not very satisfied. The routes are outdated and the times are too far apart. There really needs to be more bus service to the area near the Superstore and Costco on Highway 16, as more and more development is occurring there. There are only 2 buses that currently go there and they are very hard to access even through transfers (at least from where I live and work). The buses also do not run late enough; I can never go anywhere past 10pm. It is an extremely hard system to use without my own vehicle. I will say that most of the time, I find the transfers pretty good, though. The main reason it gets 3 stars is because most of the bus drivers are amazing. They are often very friendly and helpful, and I know a lot of them by name.
