★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Faculty and students of the Dental Hygiene Program at La Cité collégiale received excellent service from Prime practice from beginning to end. We had a lot of challenges due to Covid and Arlene was always there to answer our questions and quickly follow-up on all our orders and products.
This certainly helped as we had deadlines and our students had competencies to meet in order to graduate. Arlene made all this possible with her quick follow-ups, her good communication, professionalism and I must add her patience and sense of humor.
We will have to start the process all over again in the Fall of 2021 and I wouldn't do it with anyone else or any other company. Thank you so much for all your hard work and for being there to minimize the stress through this challenging time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a wonderful experience to go through a N95 respirator fit test with Arlene. During the testing process, the agent Arlene provided simple and clear instructions. She was also patient to go through the instructions with each participant in our group. This made the whole process relaxing with just simple breathing. The service provided was also professional where relevant online resources relating to the test were given.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I work at the Alternative Fuels Lab at McGill University. We urgently needed to perform N95 respirator fittings for five members of our lab, which were required for our field tests. I had the chance to find Arlene from Prime Practice. She responded right away and, despite our very tight deadline, gave me a couple of possible appointment times. She came to McGill and brought two machines, which sped up the whole procedure so that we were done in less than an hour. At the same time, we didn't feel rushed, as Arlene took the time to explain everything in detail and answer all of our questions. She also helped us out with the masks, which was an added bonus! The whole process was therefore transparent and pleasant experience and I would wholeheartedly recommend Prime Practice to anyone! They really saved us!

I was on a very tight schedule and she was able to accommodate me. I’m so appreciative of that. I will definitely recommend her to anyone looking for that type of service. She’s great!!
