Similar to you, I found a bike that I wanted online at Prime Line Auto Group, and I immediately went to Google to look at their reviews before reaching out to book an appointment. Their rating at the time was 4.6 out of 5, and most of the customers (if not all) were raving about the sales manager Joe. Well, I'm happy to confirm that Joe is in fact real, and he is everything that people say. Professional, focused on customer relations, fair negotiator and a good sense of humour. There was an outstanding potential recall on the bike and Joe reached out to BMW Motorrad to have them check the bike on my behalf before I took possession of it. He was always focused on doing the right thing and making sure to provide me with updates. I picked up my bike yesterday and before I left, Joe said that he hoped that I would come back, when I was ready to buy my next bike. It was the best customer experience that I've had purchasing a bike that I can remember. I promise to provide a long term review about the bike in the spring to keep Joe honest ;o)

Joe has a laid back approach, no pressure and friendly, couldn't have been a better fit for me to be honest. When I entered the showroom I was floored by the amount of motorcycle inventory and high quality too, something that would make any Taj Mahal inspired Harley dealer green with envy. I had a great experience, bought a super clean Road King and I'll be a repeat buyer!

Next day I visited, they have a huge inventory. But only truly interested in one bike. A 2017 Street Glide, 100 anniversary Canadian addition. I went back home to think it over and compare prices on the internet. I purchased the bike the next day. What can I say, Joe was helpful, not at all hanging over me. I loved doing business with Joe. The whole experience was smooth and painless. I would highly recommend Prime Line Auto Group Inc, to you and my friends. Pricing was fair, bikes were spotless and in excellent condition. Great service and explanation, show and tell of all of the new technology on my bike. 10 out of 10 all around.

He also has a sense of humor and is straight to the point, its very refreshing to deal with someone like him. Had it shipped hassle free right to my door in Ottawa at a great price. Got a 390 duke and I cant put it in words how happy I am with it. I Will definitely look to Joe when it comes time to upgrade. Perfect condition and already has 1000km extra in two weeks.
