★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since the spring, my home has experienced a number of power fluctuations and drops that were very difficult to "catch." The problem became more frequent in October 2021and the home builder called in "Prime Electric" to investigate and resolve the problem - which they did! (Failing breaker on a meter on an outside distribution panel.) Brad and his assistant Dustin were very professional, courteous and attentive throughout, and came back - several times (when the breaker caused "black-outs") - to keep my lights on and furnace running. They asked me to call them anytime trouble arose and reacted very quickly when I did. Now that's customer service and dedication in action! (And they have followed up since to ensure all is well.) Without doubt, "Prime Electric" is a definite 5-star business and I heartily recommend them to anyone who requires or is considering an electrical contractor. Truly outstanding!
