Purchased a 2019 CX-5 Pre-owned certified from Prima Mazda. Scott and Sukhmit made the process very easy and quick. They are very professional and friendly. I strongly recommend them.

absolute worst service possible. The car I don’t love but can live with; but the prima service = Absolute crooks from day 1, full of excuses and unprofessional. Just a snake pit. Came for an appointment. They didn’t even take the car in 50 mins later and they even noticed until I asked is my car done it’s outside? It was outside because it hadn’t even gone in 50 mins after my appt. And got rude ignorant response from the parts girl. Totally avoid this place. It’s not Reno’d. it’s old and run down. Service is garbage. Avoid Mazda and prima all together unless you want to Be delayed and ripped off. go to Honda

I could not be happier with the experience I had at prima Mazda, specifically with Kevin & Scott. I visited them in November where Kevin made the process of test driving, buying, and answering questions afterwards easy. He broke everything down and was quick to respond to inquiries as they came up while I was getting used to my new car. I don’t think I could recommend a better person to buy a car from. When we moved upstairs to talk to Scott about financing he made everything understandable and didn’t waste anyones time going back and forth with extras we didn’t want at the time. Thank you Prima Mazda team for making my new car purchase an enjoyable one.

Super Happy with Prima Mazda..!!! It started off with placing an order for a Mazda 3 but due to shortages in vehicle supplies and all that it was very stressful when we couldn't secure a vehicle but then Sukhmit suggested a CX-5 and I couldn't be happier with my decision. He was great in keeping me updated throughout the process. Driving off in the Sport Design CX-5 from the lot made me realize that I always wanted to be in an SUV. Special thanks to the manager Art Kazekevich as he was understanding and accommodating of my requests. Overall 5-Star experience and highly recommended. Go see Sukhmit & Art at Prima Mazda. Thanks guys..!!! :)

Better late than never so here it is - Absolute abysmal and stressful new car buying experience. Live and learn. Whatever inflated profit plus bogus charges they made off me when buying, they have lost many times over as missed maintenance and service charges which I have since did somewhere else. So many Excellent Mazda dealers in GTA, don't bother with this one.

Paul was absolutely AMAZING to deal with. I was having a hard time getting answers from another Mazda dealership on a car I had put a deposit on almost a month prior. Paul kept me in the loop the whole time with updates. I just picked up my car today and couldn't be happier. From initial contact with Prima I had my car in just over a week! Also thanks to Scott & Sukhmit for their help with my purchase. I can't say thanks enough!!

Prima Mazda is simply the best. No pressure, hassle free and easy to deal with. Sukhmit made the car purchase experience super fun. The whole management team was very approachable as well. Highly recommended.

My father purchased his Mazda here in December of 2020. The entire sales experience was a good one, and we were satisfied with the purchase. First oil change and inspection was done for free, no problems there. 2nd service, which should have just been an oil change. The first 10 oil changes are free. The man in service "Chris" insisted I needed to do the inspection again. His exact words "if you don't do the inspection and something seizes up, your warranty won't cover it". What exactly will seize on a car with 13,000 kilometers I'm not sure. Told me I needed another service at 24,000 kilometers and if I don't do that and something happens that my warranty will be voided. A quick look at the owners manual tells a completely different story. I'm disappointed that I had to pay for that $200 which was basically just a visual check of the cars components. We have owned brand new cars in the past and have never been "forced" to do services to keep the cars warranty going. After doing some research it turns out I didn't need the service and this is just a ploy the dealerships use to make money. Disappointed that it had to be this dealership. Will be returning for oil changes but will be refusing any service that isn't required by the owners manual.
