He helped us at every point, very available...navigated any problems that came up and Iin the end we are about to have an amazing boat! I can't say enough positive things about everyone at Pride of Muskoka and the services they offer!

The kids that work there offer great customer services and are always a delight to interact with. It has always been such a welcoming and clean environment during the summer season. However, the washrooms are utterly disgusting in the fall time.

Highly recommend not using their services, this establishment should be embarrassed and disgusted at their Lake Muskoka location. The manager, "Owner's Wife" was a horrific woman who was gloating that "her and her husband owned the marinas". Her attitude was belittling and snobby, unaware that we were there to purchase a boat. Her attitude and unfortunate demeanor has lost several customers to date, as we have heard about her. I will personally never purchase or step foot at one of these facilities due to this experience. I hope this review opens them to be kind and compassionate.
w	william kingston on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a boat that the previous owner had just spent 30000$ making the boat perfect with them the boat is a joke guages don’t work and the state of the art amp was installed incorrect and now needs replaced I tried to deal with this with them but they refused and the owner called me to yell at me, tell me how much he makes and to tell me if I didn’t come pick up my boat the next day he was leaving it on the street to be stolen and on top of all that they claimed they put new bumpers in my boat witch was a lie and when I went and saw the “new bumpers” it was clear they where not new but ones that I got with my boat then told me if I don’t pay for these bumpers I didn’t get that they would go in my boat and take my bumpers…… shame on you pride. If anyone wants to be treated horrible and get ripped off then go deal with them if not I would go to walkers point they are happy and ready to help

They have had over 4+ different service managers in the past 5 years, every year dealing with someone new that just keeps apologizing for mistakes made in the past but not actually owning up or doing anything about it to rectify the situation. After being so fed up and losing all hope dealing with Pride, took my boat elsewhere and will never give them another dollar of business. Overpriced, no one over there actually cares or can remember what is going on with existing issues... I could go on and on. Do some research and take your boat elsewhere for servicing!!

The young lady who filled up the gas was so polite and helpful, she even ran in to gat a list of ice-cream available so we didn’t even have to go inside. Small thing perhaps but in a world of terrible service and uncaring staff she was the opposite. Good training and great hire. Keep up the good work young lady.

A number of times they've gone out of their way to provide me with service at no charge. The battery on my boat had run down and was out of charge. I brought it into the marina to see if I should buy a new one. They charged it at the marina overnight and I picked it up the next day and it worked beautifully. there was no charge whatsoever. Very friendly very professional excellent service
E	Erika Alvarenga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We left our new boat in September for regular maintenance and some work that needs to be done at the Pride Marine located at Oro-Medonte, left several messages and did not her anything from anyone, spoke 3 times with Manager Customer Service at the Oro-Medonte (the boat was delivered to him in person), who say that he will call back, and never called back. Horrible customer service, they say they will call back, never call back, dont give any updates about if they are doing what they supposed to do with our boat to be ready for summer time, and untill now nothing. I truly regret to buy this boat with this company. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
