★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have a crazy woman in 508 and 107 at 5700 Cavendish.
When you try to be friendly by saying hello she calls the Police this is the Woman in 508 and the woman refuses to say hello when you try to be friendly this one lives in 107.
The lady in 508 refuses to close the garbage chute when she is finished with it when the chute is open it smells the whole 5th floor.

We also have a card room and excersise room.
The Cod is near buses and the Cavendish Mall too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive side: Location (close to all you need) - Safety (very safe building and area) - Cleanses (building is very clean) - No noises (walls are strong and you don’t hear neighbors) - Pool - Sonna -Gym - Purchase price.
Negative side: Outside parking .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm in Surrey BC now but thinking about moving back home to Montreal and maybe Cote-St-Luc, the City I grow up in. Whenever I passed this building on the 161, I was always intrigued by it. So I have been thinking about buying here but I see so many Units for sale and some on for a long time. Is there a problem with the building or Strata?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have a very good manager, his name is Igor and a new board member thats renovating the building. And our place is soundproof and I have a good view. The condo is also clean, and theres a swimming pool and a sauna and I have an underground garage. I’m satisfied and I definitely recommend this if you’re looking for a place to live that’s affordable
