Qualité de produit moyenne avec un service après vente médiocre. Même en avouant avoir eu des problème de qualité les solutions apporter pour rectifier le problème sont minime.
Average product quality with poor after-sales service. Even admitting to having quality problems, the solutions to correct the problem are minimal.

Délais de livraison extrêmement long ( 6 semaine de retard sur la date de livraison prévu , une fois les portes d’armoires reçu le produit est d’une très mauvaises qualité, ils doivent donc recommencer la commande en entier. Impossible d’avoir une idée de la date de livraison de la 2e commande , aucun dédommagement ou accommodement possible pour tenter d’arranger le problème , services après vente au client très ordinaire , la seule raison pourquoi je leur décerne tout de même 1 étoile c’est parce que je n’ai pas trouver le moyen d’en mettre aucune.
Extremely long delivery times (6 weeks behind the expected delivery date, once the cabinet doors have received the product is of very poor quality, they have to start the entire order over again. Impossible to have an idea from the delivery date of the 2nd order, no compensation or accommodation possible to try to resolve the problem, after-sales services to very ordinary customers, the only reason why I still award them 1 star is because I do not have not found a way to put any.

Le comptoir était censé être prêt en 10 à 15 jours. Le délai est dépassé, nos locataires n'ont toujours pas de comptoir dans leur cuisine, le retour d'appel est absent (faut insister pour avoir une réponse) et même le directeur des ventes nous ignore. Nous sommes restés polis jusqu'à présent, mais je tiens à rappeler que nous avons payé un acompte. C'est inadmissible. Qu'en est-il des engagements de l'entreprise?
The counter was supposed to be ready in 10 to 15 days. The deadline is exceeded, our tenants still do not have a counter in their kitchen, the return call is absent (must insist for an answer) and even the sales manager ignores us. We have been polite so far, but I want to remind you that we have paid a deposit. It is unacceptable. What about the company's commitments?

Not impressed with customer service from the day we signed the quote for the purchase of our granite counter top, they say you don't judge a book by it's cover but this time the saying was wrong. The poor or may I say lack of customer service started right from the beginning and continues to this day. We have been given different excuses as to why our top isn't installed and incoherent excuses between service and installation, as if the right and left hand have no clue what they are doing. Overall, not impressed and I can state for a fact that this will be my final experience.

Prémoulé used to be a quality manufacturer of doors and countertops. I have been ordering from them for over a decade now. In the last few years however, their quality has seriously declined, as has their level of customer service. Doors are manufactured incorrectly with the wrong measurements and/or placing of rails/stiles. MDF whiteback doors are shipped out with chipped edges and oil drips/stains from their ill-maintained equipment. Countertops are sent with end caps that are a completely different color, or with delaminating edges. It has gotten so bad now that I have switched suppliers and will no longer purchase from Prémoulé under any circumstances. 5 months it took them to get my proper doors to me, with a complete refusal for any sort of discount or compensation for their mistakes. They are a shell of what they once were and are quite frankly a joke of a company now. I would not even recommend them to my competition. If you have any other options, even if it is twice the price, I recommend ordering from anyone else. Do not waste your time and money on their products. Would give them zero stars if possible. Absolute GARBAGE.
