★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest this company has to be the most unresponsive insurance company there is. My insurance broker emailed them five times during regular business hours and no one responded to him. I was closing to get a mortgage on my home and because of their unresponsive behavior the closing date is being pushed and I'm being charged extra. I personally reached out to them myself and it went straight to voicemail. If you want to save yourself a headache don't give this company your business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the years I have sent this company a lot of business , will be looking for another provider. Not sure what has happened up there but the service is now horrific. Email responses from commercial underwriters are taking more than a week, only to find out that the person you were working with left on vacation with no forwarding information as to who is the new contact ?? Found someone named Frank who was less than helpful, time for a new market.
