They've always been great to work with: very accommodating and friendly, pricing is competitive, and their tractors have always arrived in top shape. We look forward to renting from here again in 2021!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally I call sunbelt and have them bring whatever I need, glad I gave premier rentals in Elmira a call!
I had a rental for an articulating lift, called and was given the info and price within a minute, confirmed availability and told them I would call back. Called back, asked to book - process was easy and simple and only took 2 minutes of my time
Rental showed up ready to rock, machine worked flawless and the driver gave me a once over before he left just to make sure I knew what was up with that particular unit.
After the rental was complete, scheduled pick up and invoice finalized the same day. Couldn’t ask for a more professional service, awesome people, great equipment and fantastic prices, this will be my first call every-time for here on out
