Just bought a nice little 1987 Bobcat 843 skid steer from the ayr location,haven't picked it up yet but had to write a review for the exceptional customer service from Carrie Hopkinson. Thank you Carrie. 5 stars

I been meaning to post this review since June. I had the most amazing experience with Carrie - I don't think customer service experience has measured up to this experience. In May, I purchased a property with a huge backyard - which is why I was prompted to buy a John Deere Lawn Mower. Originally, I had placed the order from Lowe's because the price was good. But weeks passed and after four weeks of waiting, they cancelled my order by simply saying they were out of stock. This was an extremely stressful situation because now the lawn was so hard to maintain by hand. Out of desperation, I called Premier Equipment. I dealt with Carrie from beginning to end. It did cost me more money but it also saved me time and peace of mind. I made the order, and Carrie delivered it herself! That was a huge benefit because Lowe's was relying on an external company to ship it and to drop it off at the driveway only. Not only did Carrie drop it off, she walked me through the basics and what I needed to know. A few weeks in, I was having some issue and I messaged Carrie directly. She helped me troubleshoot and eventually grabbed the lawn mower for repair. Few months in, she contacted me as a courtesy call just to make sure everything is going well with the equipment. Which company calls you after a purchase has been made? Almost no-one because they have sold the product which is what they wanted but this gesture shows me that its beyond that - She wants to ensure the experience is a good one throughout the use of the product. Carrie thank you so much for being there in a time when I needed you the most amongst the stress of being a new young home owner. I really hope Premier Equipment is aware of how amazing their employee is. Its hard to find customer service that is so personable and genuine. Even til this day, I know I can reach out to her whenever and she will great me with a smile to assist me. Making a big purchase is stressful but I feel confident in my decision dealing with Carrie from Premier Equipment.
