★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a mini toss sign for my son off the website. Picked it up, all wrapped up. Now I know why. Here is the mess we received. Got it home, opened and saw it. Texted her immediately. No response of course. Texted again about 6 hours later. Finally heard from her next day, made a new one. For pick up said exactly “Can you drop that one off and pick a new one up at my house?”
I said fine, waited for address. Didn’t get one. By the time I did I was done with the whole thing and once I sent a text about the horrible quality and outrageous customer service…all of a sudden she was happy to deliver. Full disclosure, I didn’t even answer her, I was done dealing with her.
Got an email that started out “I apologize that you are unhappy with your product”
WHO WOULDN’T BE?? Who would think it’s ok to send this mess out?? That’s my question…who thinks it’s ok to make this and charge almost 60 bucks and this is what it looks like? Instead of trying to fix it afterwards…how about never try to pull this on someone in the first place? It wouldn’t have been wrapped until the paint dried. She knew what it looked like when she wrapped it to go. Outrageous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seems that every company out there claims to have excellent customer service. I'd say that most of them have "standard" customer service. Maybe some of them are even "great!" However, Sherri's customer service truly is exceptional, going above and beyond the normal expectations to ensure her customers are taken care of. I don't often feel so valued as a client, but as a beginner Sherri took extra time to explain how to use her products so I could ensure my work was the quality my own customers deserved. She even held my baby as I was learning a new process; how many companies would do that?! If you want to do business with a business who doesn't just treat you like cashflow, go to see Sherri at Precision Engraving. She's a breath of fresh air!
